Due to the demand for the 2014 San Diego ComicCon items, there will be extremely high traffic on HasbroToyShop.com. Please be advised that opening additional browser windows will not better your chances of receiving these items, and may in fact impede your progress with placing an order.

If I place an item in my cart is it reserved?
Placing an item in a customers cart does not reserve the item(s) for that customer. The item is not reserved for until the order has been processed and the customer receives an order confirmation with an order number. Due to the high demand of these items, an item can sell out while you are attempting to finalize your order. Should that happen, you will be required to remove the sold out item from your cart before you can proceed with the rest of your order. Please note, if there is a problem processing your order, you will be notified immediately. Failure to promptly respond accordingly may result in your order being cancelled.

Are there limits on the ComicCon items?
All items available for purchase on HasbroToyShop.com have strict cart limits. These limits are per person and per household. Placing multiple orders in an attempt to obtain higher than the allotted quantity will not be permitted. All orders exceeding the designated limit will be canceled. Hasbro reserves the right to change the limits at any time and cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Do you expect a high demand for these items?
Given the high interest in the San Diego ComicCon items, many may sell out quickly. If for any reason additional inventory becomes available, we will make every effort to add those items back into inventory as soon as possible. Once the item is removed from the HasbroToyShop.com website, the item is completely sold out and will never be available for purchase through HasbroToyShop.com again.

Can I get on a waiting list for ComicCon items?
No, HasbroToyShop.com does not have a waiting list for any items including ComicCon items.

Can I call customer service to order the ComicCon items?
Although the HasbroToyShop.com customer service department is always happy to assist our customers, there will be an extremely high call volume on the day the items are released on our site, as well as in the days and weeks following. We kindly ask for your patience as we are committed to doing our very best to assist all of our customers.
Our customer service department does not have access to any additional inventory and orders placed with them are subject to the same limits and policies as the website. Once an order is placed, customer service does not have the ability to modify orders.

Can I use discounts or promotion codes on ComicCon items?
