To calculate when you can expect to receive your order, you should add the item availability to the delivery times. For example, for shipment within the US, if you order an in-stock item (usually ships in one business day) and choose Priority Shipping, you can expect to receive your order in 4-6 days (one business day plus 3-5 days).
For shipment to APO/FPO addresses, if you order an in-stock item (usually ships in one business day). Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
For shipment to Canada, if you order an in-stock item (usually ships in one business day), you can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days, longer for outlying areas, however, we may elect to ship once a week from our warehouse, based on volumes, so allow extra time for your items to arrive.
When you receive your order, your invoice may indicate that all available items in your order were shipped while others – listed under the heading “Not Yet Shipped” – will be shipped when available. If you have received a partial order (for example, when an item is backordered), you can wait until the items are available or you can cancel the unshipped items by contacting our Customer Service Center via e-mail at CustomerService@HasbroToyShop.com or phone at 1-800-408-0052(8 AM - 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday).
